Led F&B operations for two major Army units — the Officers’ Mess at MHOW (Indore) and Kamptee Cantonment (Nagpur) — serving 1,100+ Army Officials daily across all meals.

Experienced in large-scale kitchen management, vendor coordination, workforce planning, menu engineering, and end-to-end catering delivery for institutional environments.
